The House

We are available for a non simultaneous swap from September 6th to October 9th, 2023. We will consider any requests for anytime block during these dates.

Our home is located in beautiful Williamsown, an historic seaport town with many tourist attractions close by. We live 8Kms.from the C.B.D. of Melbourne. It is a short wak to a variety of multicultural restaurants, all types of shopping and many cafes for informal dining. Being a peninsula Williamstown offers a variety of water sports including fishing and boating and has a clean safe swimmming beach. There are a number of self guided walks which explore the many examples of historical architecture and offer glimpses into the significant seafaring and convict beginnings of the area. There is also a fantastic view of Melbourne's city skyline from the end of the street! Our house has three bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with a pullout sofa bed. We have just completed an extensive renovation with an architect designed kitchen, bathroom, dining and lounge extension.
Williamstown is a one hour drive to Geelong and the Great Ocean Road.
Melbourne is the home of many major sporting events including International cricket and football at the M.C.G, the Grand Prix and the Spring Racing Carnival.
