We are both High School teachers with four adult children no longer living at home. We love the idea of being able to experience a variety of holiday opportunities via house swap.

Our home is situated on a 3 hectare block in a bushland setting with large easy care country gardens. Situated 5 minutes to Wauchope and 20 minutes to Port Macquarie and beaches. The main house is a large country home, with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, extensive living areas, huge open plan glassed in sunroom, 3 meter wide wrap around verandahs, artist studio and a large deck for entertaining - Sleeps 8 people. Adjoining the main house is a separate completely self contained studio, with reverse cycle air conditioning, full sized kitchen, living area, bathroom, washing machine and outdoor living area. We have extensive vegetable gardens and an orchard that you are welcome to raid! And our chooks will lay you fresh eggs every day. Our home is comfortably furnished and user friendly. We enjoy our beautiful setting along with a large variety of birds, kangaroos and wallabies who are regular visitors to our gardens.

Small rural acreage with large gardens in a bushland setting, just five minutes from town. We enjoy all the services, amenities, sporting and entertainment options of urban living in the peace and quiet of a natural setting. Our local area has around a dozen major beaches, all within 20 minutes drive from the house. A beautiful blend of rural and coastal living.
