We are a professional couple with 3 small children between 6, 5 - 2yo. I am a mum working part time in IT and my husband is a GM of a health food company. We have just had an overseas trip and realise how important it is to go on holiday and explore the world. We have completed a few house swaps over the years through friends and it has worked well. We are open to offers within Australia and Overseas.

About our House: 4 bedroom house lower North Shore,
Great views, 2.5 bathrooms. We have a beautiful home with middle harbour views, 4 bedrooms, main with ensuite, 1 with cot, (soon to be bed) 1 with king single bed. Another bedroom downstairs. 2 living areas upstairs and down. with plasma tv's and DVD. Quiet street, almost a dead end. Very private. Close to bush walks on Tunks Park, 10 mins to ferry, Cermorne Point or Kirribilli. 5 mins to cafe's and shops. 10 mins from Sydney Zoo, 10 mins to Sydney city. We have loads of toys, scooters, trampoline, sandpit for kids.

5 mins to Sydney City by car, 15 minutes to Manly Beach, 20 minutes Bondi Beach, short drive across bridge to Eastern Suburbs. 5 minute walk to Middle Harbour and bush walks.
