We are a family of four - husband (medical doctor) wife (ex-art curator) and two girls aged 14 and 13. We love living by the beach and hope that another family will enjoy our home and lovely location. We enjoy bushwalking, swimming and surfing, bike riding, movies, art galleries and reading. We would like to swap with another caring and house proud family. We have successfully house swapped in NSW and can offer references.
Unfortunately we cannot swap this December of January. Hope to see you next year!

About our House: Comfortable family beach home. 5 minute easy walk to patrolled North Curl Curl beach with its own pretty rockpool. 15 min walk to cafes at Dee Why or short drive to Manly beach. This is a great place to unwind by the beach and do nothing but read and walk and eat well, or have an active holiday with all the Northern Beaches has to offer. There are beachfront walks from our door - cliff top walk to Dee Why Beach all the way to Palm Beach or Sceninc Coastal Walk to Manly. Manly has many manygood cafes and shops, markets and art galleries. You can take a spectacular ferry ride to the City. North Curl Curl beach is a quiet family friendly beach with a safe "kiddies corner beach", rockpools to explore, good snorkelling and a beach pool for swimming laps. My husband tells me the surfing is excellent and I can say that ladies'& kids boogie boarding is a lot of fun. My favourite walk is from North Curly beach to South Curl Curl with a coffee at the beachfront cafe. There is a bus stop nearby with buses to Manly and Sydney.

Pick your beach - two beaches within walking distance, three beaches within a five minute drive. Beachside cafes at Dee Why. Manly boutique shopping, art galleries and Cinema. Narabeen Lake Canoeing, Kuringai National Park walks, Pittwater boating. Shopping at Warringah Mall shopping Centre (10 min drive).
