We are empty nesters, semi retired, still living in our very family friendly home. We love living in beautiful Port Stephens and enjoy swimming, boating, tennis, walking in the national parks that surround us and leisurely lunches in the many cafes in the area. We welcome families and trust they will enjoy our home. In addition to a short term swap, we could be interested in a medium or long term swap, if the opportunity arises.

About our House: Situated in beautiful Port Stephens and just five minutes walk to secluded surf and bay beaches, this house has everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
Includes four bedrooms with queen size beds and bunks in one of the bedrooms, large kitchen/family room, lounge and rumpus room with pool table.
Large verandah overlooking the pool wth 8 seat outdoor table. Our home has National Park to the side and back and is in a quiet street. Vegetable garden, with lots of salad greens for you to enjoy during your stay. Great holiday destination.

Dolphin Cruises, Jet boating, Paraflying, swimming, surfing, fishing, National Parks, Cafes, Sand dunes and Horse riding.
Hunter Valley wineries, just over an hour and a half drive away.
Beautiful harbour city of Newcastle and the newly developed Honeysuckle waterfront with fabulous restaurants an hour away.Lots to enjoy!
