About our House: A 10 year old house with a large north facing living area which catches the summer breeze on a very quiet no thru road. The house overlooks a lake and is situated in the hills just 5 mins drive from Lennox Head & beaches. Upstairs holds:large bedroom, main bathroom, bedroom with king single bed, main bedroom + ensuite, kitchen, living areas, covered deck. Downstairs holds: laundry, bedroom, rumpus room, toilet, self contained granny flat (currently used as office). Double garage: childrens art table
