We KNOW what "clean and tidy" is and respect other peoples houses and possessions.
We may consider negotiating a combination of Bateman's Bay and Canberra house for INTERNATIONAL singles or couples
( not families). Gives the option of city and beach environment ( 2 hours drive apart).

Our holiday house in Batehaven is frequently rented by holiday makers looking for quality accommodation within a few minutes walk to a beach. As such, it is fully equipped (except for linen) and has no personal items. The house SLEEPS 5 ONLY. Living areas are very open plan with access to the big balcony that runs right across the back of the house. Views to the water are magnificent ( Pacific Ocean to the Tollgate Islands). 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to shops-great bakery and coffee shop.
House has a lock-up garage for storage only. Off street parking is available for cars. Garage is restricted access. Garage is not suitable for minors to access or play in.

Batemans Bay is a beautiful scenic spot less than 2 hours from Canberra and within easy weekend travelling to Sydney. Batemans Bay is a coastal commercial centre with a shopping mall, many shops and all other facilities ( 3 major clubs). All watersports including fishing are the tourists dream.
Batehaven is a small village within 5 minutes drive of the Bay. It is easy walking distance from the house and has a wonderful bakery, coffee shops and restaurants (including takeaways) + supermarket, doctors, dentist, physio etc.
