We are a family with a toddler and newborn baby. My husband has an engineering consultancy and I am a Domestic Goddess (previously worked as a Steiner Primary School Teacher). We have a quaint Californian Bungalow that is situated just 1km from Sovereign Hill and 2kms for Ballarat CBD.

About our House: Cottage style, one queen bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, plenty of mattresses for extras. Our home has a great backyard for children, featuring a large sandpit, trampoline and a 2 storey cubby house. Our house backs onto a primary school and so there lots of space, ovals, basket ball courts and shaded playgrounds that are available for use during school holidays and after school hours. We live in a very quiet location on a one way street. There is beautiful Lake Esmond just 400 meters away that is home to many ducks and little bunnies, this is a great picnic area and is great for fishing. Ballarat is an old gold mining town with lots of character.
