We are a family of 4 working in the building and IT industries. We have young adult son and daughter both living at home while they study and work. We have a lovely comfortable 4 brm home on Sydney's beautiful northern beaches with amazing close water views out over Pittwater. We are very adventurous and love to travel and meet new people and share these experiences with our children. Our major leisure activity is sailing which the whole family is involved in.
About our House: Large 3 level brick home overlooking Pittwater (one house back from waterfront). Situated between 2 major yacht clubs (2 min walk to either) with bistro/bar/cafe facilities. Our home has all modern conveniences and is comfortable and clean. We have huge entertaining decks overlooking tropical gardens, 11m inground pool. Spend the afternoon sipping a cool drink on the deck while watching the start/finish line for the local yacht racing just out the front, or stroll 15 mins to Newport shops/cafes and famous Newport surf beach.

Our house is located on the side of a hill in a beautiful area of protected Spotted Gums. We look out over an expanse of water called Pittwater to the Ku-ring-gai National Park where there are many bush walks and picnic areas. Surf beaches are close by as are cafes, shopping, playgrounds. Clubs and pubs are also within walking distance.
