I have recently moved into a lovely 2 bedroom unit with public transport at the door. The bus to Chatswood station takes 8mins ,the train to the city 15/20mins and the freeway to the city (8mins) is just 2mins away by car. My partner and I are ex PE teachers with grown families and no pets. We both work but love to get away at long weekends and annual leave time. This can be any time .Our preference for swapping would be with a similar pre to retired age couple who may have also downsized.
