We are a semi-retired professional couple - no children, non smokers.

About our House: The house is a spacious, 1880 house with 4 year old modern furnishing. It is set on half an acre on a hill with sweeping views of the Tamar river and the city of Launceston. We have 5 "bedrooms" but these are set up as a master bedroom with en suite, a guest bedroom and bathroom, an utility room, a study, a gym and third bathroom. There is a family room adjacent to the brand new kitchen, a formal dining room and a lounge. The enclosed front verandah provides you with a sun room and you can watch the sun set over the river.There is a gazebo with a BBQ and a 3-car port. The house has been set up for a couple and is really not suitable for families/children.
