About our House: Our home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. It has ceiling fans, outdoor wood and gas BBQ, new kitchen and oven, 2 decks and is perfect for waterlovers. We are very close to beach and river (200m walk) Available for use-road bike, mountain bike, childs bikes , sandpit, kayaks, surfskis, canoes- canadian and inflatable, surfboards, boogieboards, broadband internet-wifi

We are across the rd from popular picnic and BBQ area called Boambee Bay reserve, with river (swimming or kayaking), beautiful headland walk and beach. For surfers, the beach includes a southern point break (known as trapdoors)and beach breaks. We are 1 km from Sawtell village which has beach, restaurants, surf club, cafes,cinema, outdoor 25m pool and boutique shops. We are 2km from CoffsHarbour airport, We are 8 km from Coffs Harbour which has a picturesque Marina, whale watching locations on Muttonbird island and other headlands, whale watching boat trips, snorkelling, Solitary Islands (scubadiving trips go there), Pet Porpoise pool (kids attraction), shops etc. We are close to numerous cycling tracks which go all the way into Coffs Harbour. We are less than 1km to a major shopping centre at Toormina. There is also a velodrome less than 1 km away. We are also 50 m from a main rd with bus route to Sawtell or Coffs Harbour. We are also 25 min drive from Bellingen which has great cafes, shops and restaurants and brilliant monthly markets on the 3rd Sat of every mth.
