We are a family of 5 with 3 young children aged 6, 4 and 2. Clarke is a building supervisor I (Brenda) am lucky enough to be a stay home mum. Ideally, we are looking for a break away from routine, exploring new places and keeping the kids busy. During summer holidays we spend as much time as we can outdoors and by the beach. We love living here, take pride in our home and know that we will treat other homes with the same respect.

About our House: Our home is split level, built 6 years ago by Clarke, at the base of mountainous Brisbane Waters National Park. Umina Beach is 80km North from Sydney City on NSW central coast. Our home overlooks a quiet housing estate surrouned by bushy mountainside The living/ lounge area is open plan with plenty of space and couches to recline! We have decks to the front and back with seating, hammock and plenty of opportunity to spot wildlife. The main bedroom en suite has both shower and spa bath (see photograph) We have a separate upstairs living area/ kids rumpus room upstairs. With 3 young children we have all the family holiday essentials inc. toys, books, games, videos etc as well as sandpit on the back deck. We love working in our garden and always have ongoing projects in our backyard. Clarke is currently working on a waterfall and rock pool.

Umina's Ocean Beach and our neighboring beach communities including Pearl Beach and Patonga are truely beautiful. There are loads of scenic lookouts, bush tracks, fishing spots and wildlife. Reptile park is a big hit with the kids!
