Hello there! Greg and Lisa are a married couple in our mid 40's. We love living in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, within an easy drive of Melbourne. Greg is a professional photographer and Lisa is a project manager at a university. We have 3 wonderful primary school aged children who are all very well-behaved. Our interests include travelling, reading, philosophy, hiking, yoga, music and cycling. We are honest, responsible people who will treat your home with the same care as we do our own ie clean and tidy.

Local Attractions

The peaceful Dandenong Ranges are located about 40 kms east of Melbourne. We live in a friendly township characterised by rustic rambling homes, fresh mountain air, towering gum trees, winding creeks, lovely gardens and abundant wildlife. Within easy walk of our house are nature rambles, cafes, restaurants, an historic cinema, and recreation facilities such as playing ovals, tennis courts and lawn bowls. Local tourist attractions include Puffing Billy (an historic steam train which winds through the fern-covered hills), a National Park featuring mountain ash, waterfalls, lush fern gullies and native wildlife including the rare lyrebird and platypus, historic gardens, Burrinja Gallery and delightful mountain villages offering fine dining, Devonshire teas, arts, crafts, fashion and antiques. Home to many artists, musicians and writers, the Ranges are also a mecca for hikers, bird watchers and cyclists, both on and off road. The Commonwealth Games mountain biking track is nearby, as are several lakes ideal for swimming, picnics and canoeing. Slightly further afield is the beautiful Yarra Valley, offering famous vineyards such as Domain Chandon, De Bertoli and many others. Also nearby is the Healesville Sanctuary. We are also on a direct train line to Melbourne (one hour's journey) to enjoy the city's highlights such as international sporting events, amazing shopping and brilliant cultural experiences.
