We are a family of four, Ken who is a maintenance manager for a disabled lift company, Fran finance manager. We have two well behaved girls, Phoebe aged 13 and Amber aged 11 and two cats. We emigrated here 6 and a half years ago, and thoroughly enjoy living in this beautiful area of Sydney. We are keen to explore other parts of Australia, and other parts of the world and have had five successful house swaps.

Situated on the gorgeous Northern Beaches, we are a 5 minute drive to Dee Why beach, 30 minute drive to CBD, 20 minute drive to National Parks. There are a total of 23 beaches on the peninsula, including lots of good surfing beaches, and calm beaches on the Pittwater inlet. Narrabeen lake is a 10 minute drive, great for cycling, picnicking and kayaking. We are also a 10 minute drive to Manly.
