We are a professional couple with 3 young boys. We will look after your house like it's our own.
We've lived on the coast in this house for 7 years and have explored the area in depth so have plenty of tips of what's good on the coast.
We're planning a big trip from Perth to Darwin in 2013 and are keen for swaps at either end. We're also keen for weekend swaps within 3 hours' drive from Sunshine Coast so give us a try...

About our House: Welcome to our home in Sunshine Coast's "golden triangle" of Buddina. Our home is a lived-in home that's relaxed and easy to use. Great access via 3 min walk to beach, 8 to river and rockpools, La Balsa Park/Cafe, 10 mins to Kawana shops. Drive to Mooloolaba (or paddle the canoe across) and theme parks (e.g. Aust Zoo-20 mins, UnderWater World-7 mins)
Open plan house, recently renovated kitchen and interior. Yard with cubby, trampoline, play area in double garage and native garden. Big bedrooms, esp. main (with ensuite). Good coastal breezes, low set, great neighbours. Lots of water toys to play with (i.e. canoe, various skis, surfboard, surf mat, etc.)
