About our House: Located in the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island surrounded by ocean and mountains. Our home backs onto a golf course with meadow-like views and mountains behind it. A pleasant 10 minute walk to the harbour where sea life is abundant and world class fishing and boating is at your fingertips.
In the winter, temperatures by the ocean are comfortable for hiking and exploring in the valley and excellent alpine and nordic conditions await the ski enthusiast at Mt. Washington (45 minutes from our door - http://www.mountwashington.ca/ )
Our home accommodates 6 people in two large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom plus 3 bathrooms (2 showers and jacuzzi tub)
There are two of us just recently retired and looking to travel the world. Our home has all the amenities of a contemporary home including two fireplaces, WIFI, plasma TV, PVD, stereo and a large kitchen/family room with adjoining dining room and living room.
We have a VW Passat negotiable for exchange. We are non-smokers with no pets. We are outdoor enthusiasts and take advantage of the abundance of recreation in our valley.
Travel from Vancouver or Victoria is convenient and less than 3 hours by car.
