We are a professional couple in our 40's. We have two children, aged 4 and 6. Both our boy and girl are well behaved. We love the water, eating out and visiting parks, cafes and local hang-outs. We also like day trips like going along The Great Ocean Road, over to Portsea etc. Our house is a close drive to many of Melbourne's best golf courses, including Metro, Huntingdale, Sandringham and Royal Melbourne as it is situated in the sand belt. We are also a 5 minute drive to the bay and 10 minutes from St Kilda's famous restaurant strip.

About our House: Our smoke free and pet free house is a newly renovated house, in the Melbourne suburb of Mckinnon. Two of the four bedrooms have got a bed that sleeps two (one a queen size and one a king size). Both bedrooms have got ensuite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is upstairs. The other bedrooms have each got a single bed in them, belonging to our children. We can also throw in a porta-cot. There is a trampoline and play room/tv room for the kids. The property is 700 square meters. We have a large deck area around the front, side and back of the house which is great for dining on, having a BBQ and enjoying evening drinks on. The house is set up to entertain. We are walking distance to great kids parks, cafe, restaurants, buses and the train station. We are also happy to do a car swap with our car.

Kids parks, bike tracks, Melbourne's great theatre, music, cafes and restaurants. Cafes and restaurants walking distance. The bay and bay restaurants are a 7 minute drive away.
