Easygoing couple in early forties with two primary-school-aged daughters. Tim is an economist and Suzie is a health care worker at the local hospital. Happy to welcome swappers of any age, gay/lesbian-friendly, very glad to look after your pets. We have enjoyed our previous swaps (including a wonderful one to France) and are keen to introduce you to the delights of inner-city Sydney! We don't own a car (little need for it in our location) but are members of a car-share organisation and can add you to our membership if you require this on a longer swap.

About our House: vintage timber cottage with eclectic interiors, gorgeous new bathrooms and gourmet kitchen, lush garden, outdoor deck. Quiet despite being close to everything Sydney's trendy inner-west has to offer. Walk to restaurants, cafes, art galleries, cinema, University of Sydney. Lots of books. Playroom with toys and kids' books. Beds are futons but we have foam overlays if you like a softer bed. Wireless internet through the house.

Really quiet yet close to fantastic cafes and surrounded by good public transport connections. Two minutes' walk to bus stop for the beach and Sydney city centre and harbour. Five minutes' walk to railway station for Sydney city centre and interesting multicultural western suburbs. Ten minutes' walk to another railway station for Sydney city centre, ice skating rink and harbour.
