We are a retired couple who are non-smokers and we have no pets. we love animals but suffer from alergies.
We are not happy about driving on the right hand side of the road and if this is a requirement an exchange home would need to be close to regular public transport.
Our posessions are of value to us and we would treat yours as we do our own.

About our House: This is a canal home less than two hundred metres from the Dawsville Channel which connects the ocean to the Peel and Harvey estuaries, We have our own jetty and enjoy regular visits from dolphins and other sea creatures.
We are four minutes by car from The Cut Golf Course which has been rated as one of the best public access golf courses in Australia.
The house is quite large but it is very comfortable and easy to live in. All of the rooms have water views and the main bedroom has a balcony looking down a canal. Off the kitchen and dining rooms is a timber deck which is ideal for outdoor entertaining.
Our locality is known as Port Bouvard and we are ten kilometres south of Mandurah from where a clean, fast and safe train service operates to Perth and points north, the journey takesless than an hour. It takes approximately the same time to travel to the city viar the KwinanaFreeway.
Mandurah is regarded as the gateway to the State's South West where a multitude of attractions and experiences are within a three hour drive,
Mandurah town centre is on a broad esplanade lined with cafes and restaurants and the foreshore is dotted with barbeques and picnic facilities.
We are a retired couple on the wrong side of sixty five years but we are discerning people who would respect and maintain your home as we do our own. Ideally, we would like to exchange with people in a similar situation to us.
We have no pets, are non smokers and a comfortable and reliable six cylinder car is available for exchange.
We would like to exchange for three to five weeks between the months nominated but are open to other suggestions including short term swaps in Australia.
