We are a family of four, with two school aged daughters (10 and 12 years of age). We love to travel and wish to share the joy of travelling with our girls, so we are open to offers.

About our House: Our beautiful house is a new modern spacious family home in Melbourne. The house has a study/playroom along with the 3 bedrooms. There is a large backyard with a trampoline, netball ring and huge driveway/concrete area for rollerblading, bike riding and skateboarding. Our relaxing deck area provides views of the city and has a built in BBQ.
We have all the modern appliances plasma TV, DVD etc. Our large family area contains lounge & dining area combined with our lovely kitchen that is a joy to work in.
We have a lovely garden (my husband is a horticulturist) which takes care of itself and is lovely to have as the backdrop on our deck area along with the city views/night lights.
Aberfeldie/Essendon is a lovely area our neighours are very friendly and being inner city its a great place to base yourself to see Melbourne and its many sights within any easy day trip.

We live in an inner city suburb, 11kms from Melbourne CBD and all the wonderful attractions of Melbourne CBD (MCG, Docklands (Habour town), Aquarium, Federation Square, Royal Botanical Gardens,, Arts Center etc). There is a train station 20 minutes walk away or a bus stop 2 minutes walk that meets up with the city train. The train to the city takes 13 minutes.
We are a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Maribrynong River which is a great place for bike rides, rollerblades, ball games, picnics (and brunches at its Boathouse or Polytons restaurants). You can bike ride all the way to the Docklands or Williamstown. We are a 10 minute drive away from Highpoint Shopping Complex which has picture theatres, ten pin bowling and great shopping. A 10 minute drive from DFO, a massive factory outlet complex. We are surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The Melbourne zoo is a 10 minute drive away and Werribee African Zoo is 40 minute drive.
