We are a family of 4 with two boys aged 6 and 3. School holidays is best for us. We are very careful, clean and tidy people. We don't have pets but are happy to look after your pets if needed.

About our House: Our home is set across the road from Pittwater with a public boat ramp and a jetty near by. Tile and polished floors, gourmet kitchen, lock up garage, big TV, child friendly secured backyard, Kids playroom with access to the backyard, hammock with water views, porta-cot available, private and roomy home. Main bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with a double size futon sofa/bed. There is also a yoga room downstairs.
Water views and fireworks view on NYE and Australia Day, 200 mts to RPAYC, less than 1 mile level stroll to Newport beach. Close to pub (The Newport Arms Hotel), minutes drive to all Northern Beaches, 20 kms to Manly Beach, easy access to Pitwater.

Newport shops about 700mts away (supermarket, fruit markets, bakery, cafes etc), boutiques and restaurants, Yacht clubs near by, bus stop 200mts away with busses to the CBD and Manly, Pittwater across the road, Avalon beach and village 5 minutes away (by car), golf courses, public playgrounds and reserves near by. Sydney CBD is a 40 min drive.
