We are a family of 5, 2 toddlers and a 4 year old. We want to live in Cairns for 3 - 6 months from the end of June 2012 and are open to offers from anyone in Cairns or surrounding areas. Our house is very comfortable and has all mod cons. The area is great for walking, shopping, movies etc all a stones throw away. The house itself is not overlooked and offers complete privacy.

About our House: A small 3 bedroom house on a large plot with 3 separate outdoor areas and a 11meter pool. Outdoor area 1 is the lovely walled in front garden, around the back, the huge outdoor room, surrounded by trees and not overlooked the 3rd outdoor area is down by the pool and here you can swing in the hammocks, have a bbq or swim in the pool. Indoors, the house is fully air conditioned, has solar powered hot water and solar electricity and has all modern conveniences including wifi. We have a car (negotiable) and an electric garage door. Its a great house to holiday in and if you want to get out and about its few minutes walk to a nature reserve, a westfield shopping centre with restaurants and cinemas, or a longer walk, short 5 min drive to a usually deserted beach or 10 mins to the bustling hillarys boat harbour. The city is 20 mins by train from the local station a short bus ride away. The house is comfortable and equipped ideally for a family with up to 3 children.
