Our unit is absolute ground floor waterfront on Sydney Harbour with a pool, BBQ and own private jetty (handy for launching our two kayaks). We are a family of four (mum, dad and two young ones). Our three houseswaps have been a success and are looking forward to the experience again.

About our Apartment: It is a newly renovated 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in a quiet location and the only aspect between you and the Harbour is the swimming pool. Undercover parking for 1 vehicle. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with built-ins. Children's rooms have cots however on previous house swap we have changed these to single mattresses (3 in total). Two large patios and direct access to large grassed area - ideal for entertaining and BBQs. Approx 100 m walk to the ferry wharf which takes you straight to the City (Darling Harbour 10min, Circular Quay 16min). Frequent bus transport as well. Fishing rods, kayaks and a canoe are included for your use. Good fashion shopping 5mins away at Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre.
