Hi, we are Anthony & Tamara, a married couple in our 30's. Anthony is a business owner in civil construction and Tamara works part time for a credit union and is currently on maternity leave. We have 2 delightful daughters, Trinity age 6 and Destiny 4 months. We live in sunny North Queensland where the weather is fantastic one day and perfect the next. We have family scattered all over Australia, as well as some overseas. We would like to start travelling to visit them in their home towns, before perhaps heading off overseas one day.

About our House: We built our home 6 years ago. Situated on a palm fringed half acre, our large 4 bedroom home with study, is of masonry block construction, and positioned to catch the breeze. In the event the breeze is lacking, there is airconditioning throughout. The main bedroom is extra large with a king sized bed and ensuite containing a double shower & 2 person spa. Our daughters bedroom contains a single bed & all the things 6 yr old girls love. The third bedroom is our nursery. The fourth bedroom contains a queen bed & sewing space. There are 2 living areas (1 contains a pull out couch for extra sleep space). The ample kitchen is in the centre of the house overlooking them both and the outdoor patio. On the patio is a full sized slate pool table. This is where the BBQ lives too. Off the patio is an inground saltwater swimming pool with spa. There is even a cubby house in the back yard for the little people.

Kelso is situated near the Ross River Dam where you can enjoy an evening cruise. We are 5 mins drive from Riverway with beautiful swimming lagoons situated beside the river. There's lots to do in Townsville, plenty of parks and the Queens Gardens to wander through. There are mountaintop lookouts on Castle Hill & Mount Stuart, the view is spectacular. Magnetic Island is only a ferry ride away. Visit the museum for the history of the Pandora, the aquarium for everything fishy, or the Billabong Sanctuary for the fierce crocs and cassowaries. Take a drive north to Crystal Creek and Paluma, or south to Alligator Creek for a close up look at the Bush, don't forget to pack a picnic. The Strand is a 30 min drive away with swimming rockpool, kids waterpark and playgrounds and plenty of places to wine and dine.

1 small dog (can be boarded), 1 chook, enjoy the eggs for breakfast!
