I have been working at all levels of the public service (Commonwealth, state and local) for about 30 years. I am a non-smoker. About our House: The main house is a 1930's partially-renovated solid brick California bungalow on a large block of land (for this close to the city). It contains 2 bedrooms and a small sun-room that could be used as a bedroom. The back garden is quite large and open with an outdoor laundry/shed. Parking is on-street and a parking permit is provided (just for Saturday nights). Fruit and nut trees. Solar hot water and PV panels Solar clothes dryer. Neighbours are delightful and professionals (some senior'ish, others with young children).
