Profile: Single
I am a single professional in my 50s. I am moving to Canberra for 8 months for a "summer" consultancy with the public service starting late September 2011. I have been working at all levels of the public service (Commonwealth, state and local) for about 30 years. I am a non-smoker. I have been in Melbourne for 8 years, after spending 20 years in Canberra.
I will be happy to provide police check and references.
Type: House, Bathrooms: 1, Bedrooms: 2, Sleeps:
About our House: The main house is a 1930's partially-renovated solid brick California bungalow on a large block of land (for this close to the city). It contains 2 bedrooms and a small sun-room that could be used as a bedroom.
The back garden is quite large and open with an outdoor laundry/shed.
Parking is on-street and a parking permit is provided (just for Saturday nights).
