We are a family of four with 2 well behaved girls aged 14 and 11 years. We enjoy living close to the beaches and the beatiful waterways of Pittwater. We love our home and would like to swap with somebody who loves their home and will look after ours. We enjoy travelling to new places and meeting new people.

About our House: Our house is located in a quiet tree lined street with a two hectare reserve/ park right next door. It is a spacious single storey home of ten years with all modern amenities.Two living areas that flow to the outside and a master bedroom that has a new king size bed with ensuite and spa. Another large bedroom also has a king sized bed and 2 other bedrooms that have a new double bed and a new king single bed. The house is comfortable and presents very well. There is also a new 9 x 3 metre solar heated saltwater pool, fans to all bedrooms, large Lcd tvs in family room, lounge room and main bedroom and broadband internet access. A trampoline and a great tree swing is there for your family to enjoy. As it is also on a level block it is also an ideal house for seniors. Car Swap possible and we can also aim to meet special requests.

Mona Vale beach is a quick 2-3 minute drive or you can access more than a dozen other beaches and sandy bays including Palm and Whale beach, Narrabeen and Manly beach all within a 5-20 minute drive. Scenic walkways exist the entire lenghth of the Northern Beaches whilst there are more than half a dozen great golf clubs close by including Bayview, Mona Vale, Terry Hills. Great ferry rides can be had on Pittwater, or you can drive to Manly and catch a ferry to the Sydney CBD for a great day out.Restaurants and outdoor cafes exist close by as do supermarkets and shopping centres.
