We are a professional couple: a teacher and film editor. We now have a beautiful baby daughter. We have really enjoyed swaps over the last two summers and look forward to many more.

About our Apartment / Unit: Quiet light second floor unit in apartment block set back from the street with manicured gardens and shared pool. There are two bedrooms with queen bed in the main bedroom and a cot and fold out sofabed for 1-2 in the second. A good-sized balcony adjoins the open plan living room and dining area via sliding french windows. The living room has a 3 seater lounge, large armchair, piano, large TV with sound system and DVD player etc. Dining area seats up to six. Kitchen with gas and most standard appliances. Reliable washing top-loader machine. Balcony with great new BBQ, small table and seating. We can also arrange for you to access our wireless internet service.
On the downside, there are 33 or 42 stairs up to the unit, depending on how you enter ... we think of them as a health and fitness aide! Also, we use our LUG for storage not parking. There is however a good amount of street parking a few minutes walk from the unit.

Local Attractions
Coogee beach very near - either hop on the bus for 10 minutes, walk for 30 or jump in the car for 5 minutes. Other Eastern suburb beaches also very near (Bronte, Tamarama, Bondi). Centennial park is very close too.
Sydney CBD with all its attractions is a 15-20 minute bus ride away and the bus stop is 2 mins from our front door. A multitude of local Randwick shops and cafes are a 5 minute walk away. The Spot at Randwick with more cafes, restaurants as well the fantastic Randwick Ritz cinema is a 20 minute walk away.
