My name is Matt (39) and my wife is Marisa (34); we have a 14 yr old son called Morgan and a 2yr old son names Elijah. We are a very happy family living in our dream house on the Sunshine Coast. We love the water and the sunshine and also love to experience different places and people. We have all traveled extensively round the world and now settling into our new life on the coast.
Marisa and I love any outdoor activities, especially surfing, camping and being amongst nature or having a quiet drink and watching the sun go down. Morgan is way ahead of his years and loves to read , play chess and computers. He is very funny and loves to tell a good joke. Little Elijah is just perfect and we are looking forward to introducing him to the rest of Australia.
Marisa and I run our own businesses so we are pretty flexible with time frames but need to work around Morgan's schooling.
Family time is our most precious time and we hope to have plenty of fun family moments while experiencing some new sights together. We have a beautiful home set in the rain forest that we fell in love with at first sight and are looking forward to sharing it with others.

About our House: We fell in love with the location of this place. Our home is 5 bedrooms; very large main bedroom (parents retreat) with walk in robe, large ensuite & spa and a separate balcony. Large bedroom upstairs with own toilet and bathroom. 3 bedrooms downstairs all with built ins. Has a main bathroom downstairs and separate powder room with the second toilet.
The large kitchen looks onto the deck, dining and living area. There is a separate lounge that is great for watching tv.
The house has beautiful views of the canal that is fully fenced with a gate to take you onto the beach.
There is a double remote garage and a boat garage beside it that has access to the water. Small grassy back yard and timber deck to relax on by the canal
The kitchen is modern with a large gas stove, oven, dishwasher, plenty of storage and a quality fridge.
Air con is not needed due to the beautiful seabreeze that flows in off the canal

5 min walk to Mooloolaba beaches - excellent surf and family friendly beaches with lifeguards always on duty.
5 min walk to coles and the Mooolaba coffe shop strip. Underwater world just 10 mins walk away.
Multiple strawberry farms where you can pick your own strawberries just 20 mins away
Big Pineapple just 15 mins drive
Eumundi Markets - biggest and best markets on the coast - 25 mins away plus a heap of other local markets
Noosa Northshore 40 mins away. Take a 5 min ferry across the river with your 4x4 and you are on the beach to camp and fish with the family
