We are a married couple who are both teachers with a new baby boy as part of our family. We are in our mid 30's and are quite an active couple who both enjoy surfing, walking on the beach, snorkelling and golf. We would love a swap on the dates below, to anywhere north of Tasmania, where a surf isnt too far away. Preferably Septmeber and January at this point. We have only recently had our first swap, which was just brilliant. We would be extremely reliable swappers and are willing to listen to any offer made to us. Our house is immaculate. We are house proud and would pay the same respect to your home. Tempt us!

About our House: Our house was built by us only 4 years ago. It has 3 large bedrooms, a study, large outdoor entertaining area, ensuite and all modern European apliances and furniture. We are only 150 metres from Turners Beach, a lovely long beach for walking. Our house is a large double story home, with a beautiful spacious and modern feel to it. We have plently of riding tracks near by and two mountain bikes available if needed. If you need a day to stay home and relax, we have Austar. We are located in a perfect position for seeing our amazing state. Only 10 minutes drive from the Spirit of Tasmania ferry terminal in Devonport, enjoy our beautiful home and location, whilst taking in all the great things Tasmania has to offer. Temp us!

Turners Beach is a beautiful coastal town with an amazing beach to enjoy long walks and cafe's serving amazing food and coffee. We are surrounded by some of Tasmania's greatest attractions. The North West Coast of Tasmania is the perfect location to base yourself for a holiday, with everything only a short driving distance.
The world famous cradle mountain is only a 45 minute drive, Stanley 1 half hours, Strahan 2 half hours, Launceston 50 mins, East Coast 2 half hours, and Hobart 3 hours.
There are plently of things to do on the North West Coast with many beautiful towns and attractions to visit. We have amazing waterfalls, walking tracks, forests, The towns of Devonport and Ulverstone are only 10 mins away in opposite directions, providing a range of restaurants and things to see. It is the perfect place to stay if you wish to do day trips or overnight stays in various locations around this amazing state.
