We are a family of 5, with 3 little kids who are 5, 4 and 1. I was a high school teacher, now looking after the kids, and my husband runs a childrens entertainment company. We are ideally looking to swap around Christmas - New Years, with our main preferance being Adelaide this year (2013) as we have family there. We are also open to new destinations. We have done two house swaps which have worked really well and we are converted to its fantastic benefits! Ideally we would be looking for 1 - 2 weeks but are flexible with dates and times etc. Also our house is extremely well located for all great Sydney amenities.

About our House: We live in a leafy street in a free standing period home. There is lots of space, lots of natural light and a front and back garden. We have 3 bedrooms with built ins. Our kitchen has space and an area for entertaining, a seperate lounge, and all on one level.
As we have 3 small kids (5,4,1) so there are lots of toys that can be used. Or we can put these away if there is no use for them. Also fully equipped to deal with young kids, cots, change table etc. Our house also backs onto some local tennis courts which can be used by the public. It is very comfortable and very spacious and a great house for entertaining. Garden has a trampoline for the kids to play on.
