Views of Merimbula Lake inlet and Tasman sea to one side, bush and Mountains to other.
Well appointed home with all mod cons. (as listed below).
Large covered verandah with Weber BBQ. Fenced backyard with outdoor dining area.
5 minute drive to town and local beaches. (15 minute walk to shops).
A great place to rest and replenish!

All beach, ocean and lake water activites with whale and dolphin watching, fishing etc... Both beautiful sheltered swimming and surfing beaches surround. New local aquatic centre, Magic Mountain waterslide and fun park, local wildlife zoo, markets etc...
