Also lived in London for 3 yrs and Surrey for 3 yrs , so traveling is in my blood. House swap with Holland would be great or somewhere in Oz.whatever comes up, I am very flexible. About our House: Modern 8 yr old home in a green surrounding with walking and cycling tracks, 4 min by car from the main shopping street and 3 min from Bowral Hospital and the Don Bradman museum. Very close to all the wineries, antique shops and art galleries and golf courses. One level living with open plan living and separate family room with door to the garden..Two big bathrooms and double garage with internal access. Large main bedroom with sliding door to the garden. A sunny, happy and light home with an European twist. ( I am Dutch) I am a mosaic artist and converted the garage into a gorgeous light filled studio/workroom Lounge room is open plan with a nice view over the garden.

Bowral is called an "' upmarket country Town"" under 2 hrs from Sydney and 1 1/2 hrs from Canberra and 1 hr to the south coast beaches. Lots of wineries, cafe's, restaurants, antique shops, golf courses and art galleries. Centennial Vineyards hosts open air concerts 4x a yr, Joe Cocker in Feb 2011 and later Lionel Ritchie.2012 Icehouse which was cancelled due to rain. Very European landscape and beautiful surroundings.Public pool in Bowral and Mittagong and Moss Vale and an easy motorway drive to Sydney or Canberra. 20 min from Kangaroo Valley, 1 hr to Nowra and south coast.
