Professional couple in late Thirties with 3 children; 10, 7, and 4. We love our home, as it is particularly clean, quiet and family friendly, and would like to swap with anyone of similar situation. We are new to house swapping, but have rented homes for holidaying for many years with great success.

About our House: Our home is a renovated 1960 three bedroom consisting of main with queen bed, large 2nd has bunks and a 3rd has a single loft bed and trundle. All beds have wool underlays and doonas, and are super comfy. Two bathrooms-two toilets, one has a full bath, no ensuite. The lounge has s a wide screen TV, DVD player and DVD library. There is a bookshelf full of games and books and another bookshelf just for the children. The kitchen is modern with gas hotplates, coffee machine and water filter, plus a second digital channel TV. Heating is by way of panel heaters in all rooms and a reverse-cycle heat pump in the family/kitchen area for those occassional hot days in January /February. The backyard is almost flat, and has a trampoline, basketball hoop and swings/slide, and a large covered deck with bar-b-que. Vegie Patch. **new note: Repainted interior 2012
