We are a professional couple who take pride in our home. I'm a teacher and counsellor and my husband is a just retired teacher and getting into hobbies this year like tennis and gardening. We love going to visit family and friends and having holidays in our families areas.
This year we hope to go to Queenstown or Central Otago in January for a house swop.
My husband is good with animals and I'm good with the house.
We enjoy beaches, bush walks, swims, cafes and exploring new areas.
You'll love our house and area as it's close to 4 gorgeous Auckland beaches and only 5mins drive to CBD.
We've just added a new conservatory and spa pool to our house which is delightful addition.

About our House: Our home is a modern townhouse which is easy to manage. We have 3 - 4 bedrooms.
Two bathrooms with a separate toilet. Small outdoor living with bbq outdoor area. Parklike grass next door. Five mins to 3 lovely beaches and 10 mins drive to CBD. Great cafes and restaurants close by. Just a quiet, lovely area to rest at home in but great spot re entertainment, outings. All you need. We have just added a new conservatory and large spa. Three levels so not suitable for a wheelchair.

Lovely beaches, parks, walks 5 minutes nearby. CBD 5 mins drive. Beautiful part of Auckland.
Cafes, restaurants, movie theatre. Ak CBD. Rugby world cup, new areas like The Cloud and Party Central, quite close.
