We are a couple in our 40s living with a friendly dog and cat. We are in professional occupations that will need a few months warning so we can arrange for annual leave. We are keen to travel anywhere - international destinations are possible if they are at least 4 weeks. Australian house swaps are possible for a minimum of a week. We are not smokers. We enjoy cycling - road, off road and social.

About our House: Queensland style house. Big kitchen, gas stove/oven, walk-in pantry and rear deck for entertaining/relaxing. Wooden floor boards throughout. Two double beds and a single bed. Ensuite off master bedroom. A female cat called Suki lives in the house as well as our dog - although he would not be permitted in the house while house guests are present. Downstairs is a separate flat occupied by an elderly couple who would care for the dog, cat and yard.

Great coffee shop a short walk up the road (200m). Local public swimming pool, large park and playground across the road. 900m walk to suburban train station providing access to city, airport and Gold Coast, etc. 200m walk to bus stop (approx 5km to city).
