We are a married couple - Tracey and Colin - with a 3 year old daughter and an 8-month-old baby girl.

About our House: We have a 4 bedroom single level home with renovated kitchen, main bathroom and outdoor area. On 870 sqm block with trampoline in back yard, and pool and bali hut in main yard. Tropical gardens, large deck overlooking pool. DLUG and lock-up side carport. Main room has a king size bed and ensuite, one room is a nursery, another room has fold out double sofa and there is a single bed plus trundle in our daughter's room. Across the road from park, playground, and nature reserve (bush walking). Also across the road is lake and canals connecting through to Bond University. We have a kayak that can be wheeled across the road to the lake. Approx 600-700 metres to North Burleigh Beach and Miami Hill (10min walk or 3 min drive). 2km to Burleigh Headland National Park (bushwalking). 1.5km to cafes and restaurants in central Burleigh Heads (James Street; Connor Street). 10 min drive to Robina Town Centre (Event Cinemas, restaurants and shops) or Currumbin Beach/Elephant Rock lookout. 15min drive to Broadbeach (Pacific Fair, restaurants), 20min to Surfers Paradise or Coolangatta/Tweed Heads. 25min drive to Marina Mirage, Sea World, Movie World, Wet n Wild, Dreamworld, Southport Rockpools (for kids), Kingscliff/Salt Village. 50min drive to Mt Tamborine, Springbrook, Mt Warning or Byron Bay.
