Hi, we would like to introduce ourselves. We are Christine and John and we are around the 40ish age bracket. We have 2 children, Tylah aged 6, and Mason aged 4. They are very well behaved and it goes without saying that you could definitely trust us to look after your home as if it was our own, and of course leave it as we found it. In fact you probably wouldn't even know we have been there. We would feel privileged to experience your home and your lovely part of the world. We all love travelling and love Australia, especially coastal area's. We love the beach and our house is just 100 metres from a beautiful beach here in WA. We spend lots of time there and just love the outdoors. We have done a lot of caravanning in the last 12 years and have found some awesome spots and particularly love NSW coast, Southern Qld and would love to take our kids back to Darwin. We are open to all other places though, so if you like our house, let us know where you are. As our children are quite young, we do not have a problem with holidaying out of school holidays as we are happy to teach them ourselves while away and know that travel is such a great experience for them to have as they learn so much from it. We have no animals and do not smoke and we are very tidy/clean living. We look after our house/belongings, and would do the same for you. About our House: We have a modern, well maintained large home and only 100 metres to a beautiful clean beach with crystal clear water, dolphins in the bay on most mornings and afternoons , great sunsets and cemented walkways for miles each side, if you don't want to walk on the beach. We are situated in the southern suburbs of perth, close by is Warnbro, Safety Bay and Rockingham with it's beautiful foreshore and Mandurah just south of us. It is a beautiful stretch of coastline with lots to offer. Our house is slightly elevated and overlooks natural coastal bushland and in the distance a golf course. The house has several living area's, 1 with electric fire place, plus a large outdoor entertaining area. We have air-conditioning, fans, heating, 2 x bath and shower. It is on a 750m2 block. We have a kingsize bedroom and ensuite with spa plus 3 other bedrooms, 2 have queensize beds and 1 has a single racing car bed. We also have a beautiful paved front garden which the kids call the Fort, and the views out over the natural coastal bushland are lovely. Great place to sit and relax or have an afternoon drink. We also have outdoor heated spa and outdoor shower which is so handy after the beach. Mandurah is only 30 km's south or 15-20 minute drive and Margaret River Wine region is about 200km south (2 hrs by car). Not to mention Bussleton, Bunbury etc. We often go to Fremantle and city which are only about 40 km's north or 35 -40 minute drive and a train or bus is available. We have all the mod cons plus swing set, tramoline, toys, barbie's, board games etc. We also have a Links Golf Course (1 of the Top 10 in Australia)very close by and park with ducks at end of our street. We love our house and you will too and the options for entertainment and sightseeing are endless. Perth is a beautiful city, the beaches are pristine and the people are friendly and relaxed. Willing to also swap car as well (Commodore 2005 Wagon). Smoking strictly outside. Small pet by negotiation, outside.

Beautiful Warnbro Beach literally on your doorstep (voted best local beach in our area by newspaper). Beautiful protected bay with local dolphin family, turquiose blue clear waters. Cemented walking tracks to north and south or just walk on the beach. Top 10 "Links" golf course just a stones throw away if you like golf. Also Mandurah only 15 minutes away and Fremantle is 30 minute drive. Margaret River region is 2 1/2 hours drove by car so overnighting would probably be a good idea but not absolutely necessary if you get an early start and have a big day out.
