We are 2 persons, married 38 years, retired but really active and adventurous, early 60's, empty nesters with 4 grown children. Ellie and I are non-smokers. no shoes on in the house kind of people. We have done many home exchanges. Car exchange possible.

Non-Simultaneous and second home exchanges preferred but not manditory. Short notice is OK too either for you or for us. We are interested in all sorts of exchanges. Located in the gated community of Rancho Santa Fe, this immaculate 2 bedroom, non-smoking condo is located near Flamingo & Eastern, just 3 miles from the Strip and Convention Center yet away from the neon. This single level ground floor home is elegantly furnished in whitewash oaks. Guests have access to a lovely seasonal pool. Shopping, restaurants, and championship golf are all located nearby. Redrock Canyon and the Las Vegas Ski Area are less than one hour away. In addition, The Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Zion, and Bryce Canyon National Parks are only a few hours drive. This is the perfect location not only for experiencing Las Vegas, but also for exploring the amazing outdoors of the desert southwestern United States.
