We are a family of 4 with two boys aged 3 and 8. We are both professionals looking for an opportunity to explore different locations with our family. Our children are well behaved and mindful when staying at places other that their own. The house is kid friendly whilst also providing a comfortable base for individuals and/or couples.
As a teacher, myself, I would prefer school holidays, however, do have flexibility with travel times and would consider any dates. If location close enough to Sydney would consider weekend stays.

About our House: The house has 3 bedrooms and parking on site, It is located close to transport and walking distance to Newtown and Erskineville, The house is in a lovely, quiet street surrounded by parks yet very close to the city. Easy access to airport and beaches.
The house is comfortable - fireplace in winter- lovely outdoor living area with BBQ in summer. It is child friendly and the bedrooms contain 1 queen bed and 2 singles and a spare room with fold out sofa.
Perfect house for individuals/couples and/or families looking for comfortable accommodation in the inner city of Sydney.

Walking distance to King Street, Newtown which offers a wide choice of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Sydney Park which provides walking tacks, cafe, playground for children and spectacular view over the city skyline.
Five minute drive to Surry Hills, which has a reputation for some of the best eating experiences in Sydney.
15-20 minute drive to Beaches.
Quick train ride into the centre of Sydney - shopping facilities - Circular Quay - access to ferries and harbour.
