I am a retired property improver and my wife works part time in aged care.We like to travel to warm reasonably quiet places where we can walk dine out and sight see.The house offered is our holiday home so we are very flexible as far as dates you may wish to use our place.Non simultaneous swap with possible use of car is very attractive to us

About our Holiday /Second Home: It is a sunny,open plan house with decks.It backs onto farmland and the back yard is fully fenced.There is a double garage with a table tennis table, bbq and outdoor setting.

Phillip Island is approx. one and a half hour drive from Melbourne. The main town is Cowes and we are located in Cowes West. Red Rocks Beach, which is safe north-facing beach is one km away. There is a General Store wihthin walking distance.
The island is famous for its fairy penguins,fur seals and the Grande Prix Motorcycling Race.There are many scenic and wildlife attractions, including koalas,wallabies and pellicans (San Remo) There are a variety of beaches including surf.
Phillip Island also has its own island,Churchill Island, which was one of the earliest settlements in Victoria.
