We're a professional couple with a 1 year old baby. We live in Beaumaris, Melbourne, which is a lovely bayside suburb, about 35 minutes drive from the city and about a 20 minute drive to St Kilda. The local beach is a 2 minute walk from our doorstep. We are pretty laid back, like to keep the house pretty clean and tidy and free of clutter. We are interested in house swapping with similar minded people, old or young, so long as there is mutual respect for privacy and personal belongings left in the homes.

We are animal lovers and would be happy to look after your pets if you need us to.

We are non-smokers and our home is smoke free. You may smoke outside, but please, not in the house!

About our House: We have a bright, sunny, clean home with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. We have a lovely back deck which is great for summer BBQs and a nice patch of lawn in the back yard. We have furnished the house with contemporary furniture and artwork.
