We have 2 dogs that we often travel with. Colin was a Submariner for over 28 years in the Australian Navy. Deb was a fitness professional. We are both keen cyclists. We would love to find homes to exchange where we could bring our dogs with us. Of course, you are more than welcome to bring your dog(s) to our home. We would need a securely fenced yard.
Our home is located in Spearwood, just a few suburbs south of Fremantle, and the Swan river, and very close to the coast. The Perth CBD is only about 20 minutes drive north. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is very comfortable, and ideal for dog owners. There is carpet in the master and 2nd bedroom, but the rest of the house has hardwood, linoleum or tile floors. There are two dog doors (one into each section of the divided yard). We have reverse cycle air/heat throughout, and a large, secure yard. The covered patio is ideal year-round, with a gas heater during winter and heat resistant cover for summer.

About our House: Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, office, two lounges, dinning room and kitchen with all the modern appliances needed. Soothing nuetral colours and interesting artwork. There is a fabulous patio and a large, back garden which is a lovely spot for breakfast and coffee.
We have wifi internet connection but would prefer if you bring your own computer. If we do a long distance swap we would be willing to exchange our car.

Fremantle offers a fabulous caf strip, weekend market, movies, and many historical sights. The maritime museum, Fremantle Gaol, and the Roundhouse are just a few of the things to see. Perth is only about a 20 minute drive away, and has all the attractions of a capital city.
There are 3 off-leash dog parks all within a 10 minute walk of our home, and a dog beach in South Fremantle a short drive away. There is an extensive network of cycle paths to enjoy as well. The library and local council offices are 2 streets away, and our cul de sac connects to a shopping centre via a small walkway. Public transportation into Fremantle stops right in front of the shopping centre.
