I work in the financial services industry and my partner is in health services as well as being a registered Marriage Celebrant. Now that we are "empty nesters", we want to spend some time in the UK with family, as well as with several good friends who reside in London. We both are British/Australian citizens.

About our House: Single level cottage style bungalow, with a large terraced garden at the back and a salt water swimming pool at the front. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite).The kitchen and dining area is open plan, which then flows into the main lounge and living/TV room. All the modern amenities are here, such as dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, large flat screen TV, HI-FI, DVD, etc., etc. Parking is offstreet and there is a carport for 2 cars.

Close to the Garrigal National Park, and 20 minutes to the nearest beaches, the area offers a great variety of outdoor activities. There is a village style shopping centre which is 10 minutes walk away, and which also hosts a major supermarket. Cinemas and large shopping malls are in Chatswood and Warringah Mall and both only 10 minutes by car. Public transport, by bus, is only 2 minutes walk away. The nearest rail station is 10 minutes drive away, however the bus services are frequent and good.
