About our Other: Minutes from Merimbula it is a two bedroom/duplex town house with two bathrooms, open plan lounge dining opening onto balcony facing north with breathtaking views of the surf breaking on Tura Beach and golf course from balcony lounge/dining and Master bedroom. It is a truly spectacular site and you can watch the migrating whales both south and north from the balcony!

Merimbula is the crowning gem of Australia's Sapphire Coast. Located at the halfway point between Melbourne and Sydney, ( and 3 hr drive to Canberra) this South Coast tourist town is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, rainforests, lagoons, and beautiful mountains of the South Coast NSW. You can fly into Merimbula 1 hr from either Sydney or Melbourne Airport airports and have a 10 min drive to the house, or it's about a 6 1/2 hour car drive from Melbourne and 5 from Sydney. The beautiful township of Merimbula is situated overlooking a lagoon (5 minutes drive from the house) and has some great cafes and restaurants. Activities available include walking/bushwalking, lovely boardwalk walk around lagoon canoeing, golfing, (two golf courses - see photo- one close our house) swimming, surfing, sailing, boating, fishing, (including on the beach 5 min walk from the house) scuba diving, snorkelling, whale sightseeing at certain times of the year or just plain relaxing just listening to the surf and birds from the house.
