We are a retired professional couple (land surveyor & teacher).
Our 3 grown up children are now living interstate (Brisbane & ACT) so our hope is to spend more time travelling in Australia & overseas.
We are willing to swap with single, couples, couples with children, as long as our home is looked after & left as it was found. As we are non smokers we don't allow smoking in our home.
We hope to go over to Europe in 2015 when we have already organised a swap in Poland but we are open to any European country and Great Britain.

About our House: There are 5 bedrooms, 3 have queen size beds, 1 a double bed, 1 has 2 single beds. In a sunroom downstairs is a fold out double sofa.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath, separate shower & a vanity. A separate toilet opens onto a double vanity area. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet, vanity & shower.
The house has a family room with the kitchen as well as a separate lounge.
The back of the house faces the street. Between the front of the house & the river is a 30m reserve. This is public land so one can walk along it up to Mossy Point (about 1km). Near the Point is a boat ramp from which boats can be launch for fishing up the river or out at sea.

Mogo Zoo can be found 8kms west & in the village of Mogo one can find an assortment of shops & cafes.
In Batemans Bay & Moruya are golf courses & bowling clubs. Batemans Bay is the larger of the towns & caters more for the tourist in the way of cinemas, theatre, a wide selection of restaurants, mini golf, fishing & river tours.
In Moruya, Markets are held each Saturday morning on the banks of the Moruya River. There one can find local produce & large variety of stores.
The Muffin Shop is just a short walk (about 300m) from our home & there is served a variety of food during the day.
About 800m at the boat ramp there is a place where one can hire kayaks or join a kayak group to explore the river or go our to sea.
Tomakin Club is 3kms away & is a popular place on a Friday & Saturday night. It is open 7 days. Also at Tomakin is a general store where a great coffee is served & meals for lunch.
At Broulee there is a chemist, real estate agencies, newsagent, a take away store & a small supermarket with a grog shop. Also at Broulee is a patrolled beach, a bike path & a skateboard ramp.
