Our names are Pauline and Henri, we are a retired couple. We live in Golden Valley Tasmania. We have 2 dogs but further down you will find more about them. We plan on moving to the Forster/Tuncurry, Smiths Lake, Green Point area in 2011 so we're interested in spending a bit of time in the area getting to know more about it.

About our House: Our home is in Golden Valley, Tasmania. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home on 16 acres, most is virgin land. We have a beautiful garden of about 5 acres, a private lake which would be about 3 1/2 acres and the property looks over the beautiful Quamby Bluff, the view from the deck is amazing. We also have a small gym on the back verandah which is protected from rain and wind by plastic bistro blinds. Golden Valley is 50 from Launceston and 40 minutes to the Spirit of Tasmania at Devonport. Deloraine is our closest town, 14 km away and has all you would want in the way of shops etc. As we intendselling in 2012 we have put together a web site as we are going to try to sell privately.
