We are a family of 5 and have lived on the Gold Coast since 2005 having moved from Sydney. We are 41 and 43 and our children are two high school girls aged 14 and 16 and our little baby boy who is 6 months old. We are a very tidy family who have taught our children to look after other people's things as they would like them to treat their things. We all consider ourselves highly responsible, clean and tidy and hope to exchange with someone like minded. We would love to swap with a family as it obviously would be easier in regards to high chair and cot, but it is not imperative. Prefer someone with older children and/or a baby as our house is not toddler proof. We would love to go to Tasmania in the near future and who knows where else, so you can try to tempt us:-) We are used to pets as have previously we have had dogs of all sizes and currently have a small dog and a tropical fish tank. We look forward to hear from you and are excited to embark on this adventure.

Under cover entertainment area with BBQ and 4 seat outdoor table. Decent sized back yard. Bedrooms all have TV's and DVD players except Nursery. Master can play BluRays. Living area has large screen TV with PS3 and X-Box Kinect with surround sound system.

All the theme parks are very close and can be reached within minutes, except for Sea World being approx. 20 km away. We are also approx. 6 km away from Outback Spectacular. Mount Tambourine with local arts & crafts and wineries. Binna Burra Lamington National Park. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Surfers Paradise. Surfing and family friendly beaches. Lots of park lands, playgrounds and playing fields.
