We are a married, professional couple 35/47 residing in Cronulla, Sydney. We have no children (at this stage) and no pets. We have been living in Cronulla since early 2011 and we love the relaxed lifestyle of this beachside suburb. We have previously had one houseswap in 2006, where we swapped with a couple from Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. The arrangement was very comfortable and smooth, and we enjoyed the experience.

About our Apartment / Unit: Our apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a balcony facing the east. Our home would suit best for a couple as we use the second bedroom as an office. However, there is a double sofabed in the living room that can be used.
Local Attractions
We are located 100 metres across the road from North Cronulla beach, minutes walk away from all the shopping facilities, Cronulla Mall, restaurants, nights spots and a casual stroll to Cronulla Station. To venture in the City, it is a 35 minute drive or by train approximately 50 minutes.
