Diane and I are retired,both 65 year olds but we are both active, love walks and I still play cricket for Worcester Seniors. We are looking to swap in the Newcastle area as our son and his wife are expecting their first child (our first grandchild) Never swapped before but we have been to Australia 3 times in the last four years. Great Malvern is well located with good transport and motorway networks. Not easy to fill out form below but sorry no smoking in our house or pets (in case i have ticked the wrong box!!!!

About our House: Our house has 4 Bedrooms with one of them used as a study/office. We have a seperate bathjroom and a seperate shower room. Downstairs consists of Lounge with Conservatory off, Dining room,Kithen/diner, utility room. All usual appliances. Enclosed ,wellmaintained private garden with seating areas for cuppas/BBQs etc Drive has room for two cars but no parking restrictions on road. Sorry garage is used as a workshop.

Tennis ,bowls, cricket, cinema all within walking distance. Golf course etc
